FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method to produce lining gypsum boards includes sawing gypsum blocks of natural stone into stocks, their calibration, water saturation, thermal treatment, hydrate colouring and texture treatment. First thermal treatment of gypsum blocks is carrier out by simultaneous exposure of gypsum blocks to electromagnet fields of high frequency with intensity of 0.2-0.8 kV/cm2 with frequency of 2450 MHz and to ultrasound of intensity of 130-170 dB and radiation intensity of 10-20 W/cm2, and then dry sawing of gypsum blocks is carried out into boards-stocks with subsequent hydrate colouring with the help of ultrasound. Afterwards coloured boards-stocks are dried, calibrated and exposed to texture treatment. Drying of gypsum boards is carried out with hot dry air supplied by fan from microwave furnace. Hydrate colouring of gypsum boards is carried out with the help of ultrasound with intensity of 130-170 dB and radiation intensity of 10-20 W/cm2. ^ EFFECT: improved physical-mechanical characteristics of finished goods by optimisation of thermal treatment and hydrate colouring processes of gypsum boards. ^ 3 cl, 1 tbl |
