PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening label enabling a shrink package to be easily torn and opened.SOLUTION: The opening label 1 has a breakage guide 4 such as a perforation mounted in the center, and a gripping lug 3 having an adhesive surface on each of both sides of the breakage guide 4 and an adhesive-free surface on each of both sides. The breakage guide 4 of the opening label 1 is pasted along a joining line 11 of the shrink package so that the breakage guide 4 of the opening label 1 may be torn and opened and the joining line 11 of the shrink package may be torn and opened by pulling the lug 3 of the opening label 1 to both sides.
