PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit and an electronic apparatus, stably outputting a predetermined voltage even when a contact state with an external power supply is unstable.SOLUTION: In the power supply circuit 1, an nMOS 13 is connected between an input terminal 11 and an output terminal 12. The power supply circuit 1 includes an error amplifier 20, an output part 20c thereof is connected to a gate electrode 13g of the nMOS 13, a negative electrode side input part 20a is connected to the output terminal 12 through a resistor 14, and a positive electrode side input part 20b is connected to a reference terminal 23 through a wiring line 24. A reference potential Vis input to the reference terminal 23, and a resistor R and a capacitor C are added to the wiring line 24. The power supply circuit 1 includes a reset switch part 26 insulating the wiring 24 from a ground potential GND when a supply potential Vis supplied to the input terminal 11, and connecting the wiring 24 to the ground potential GND when the supply potential Vis not supplied to the input terminal 11. |
