PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of the circumference of a support means supporting an adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet sticking device 10 includes the support means 22 supporting the adhesive sheet S, a pressing means 23 integrally mounted on the support means 22, a deforming means 25 deforming the support means 22 and the pressing means 23 toward a stamper ST, and a moving means 26 moving the support means 22, the pressing means 23 and the stamper ST relatively in the direction parallel to the adhesive surface of an adherend stamper ST. The deforming means 25 is mounted separately from the support means 22. |
