PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejector smoothly recovering waste liquid, surely collecting liquid mist, and normally operating liquid ejection operation in a preferable state, a recorder equipped therewith, and a control method of the liquid ejector.SOLUTION: The liquid ejector has an inkjet head ejecting ink toward the label face of a disc-like medium M; a head maintenance mechanism sucking ink from the inkjet head; a waste ink absorbing tank 85 storing ink recovered by the head maintenance mechanism; and a filter 111 collecting mist generated in ejection of the ink by the inkjet head. The waste ink absorbing tank 85 is formed attachable/detachable in relation to a casing 2, and the filter 111 is integratedly removed from the casing 2 together with the waste ink absorbing tank 85 removed from the casing 2. |
