PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mounting feeling of an air cleaning filter, and to prevent the deterioration of dust collecting performance caused by a clearance gap between the air cleaning filter and a filter fixing section in an air cleaning device.SOLUTION: The air cleaning device includes an air cleaning means 5 disposed in a body case 4 having an air inlet 2 and an air outlet 3, and an air distributing means 6 disposed in an air trunk for sucking the indoor air into the body case 4 from the air inlet 2 and discharging the air indoors from the air outlet 3 through the air cleaning means 5, the air cleaning means 5 is formed of an air cleaning filter 7 and a filter fixing section 8, the air cleaning filter 7 is fitted in the filter fixing section 8, a support 9 is disposed at an air trunk leeward side of an upper inner face of the filter fixing section 8, and a holding section 10 is disposed at an air trunk windward side of a lower inner face of the filter fixing section 8, and a distance from the support 9 to a leeward side of the holding section 10 is longer than a distance from the support 9 to a windward side of the holding section 10. |
