PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction apparatus and an extraction method for efficiently extracting a target component.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 41 detecting temperature in a reservoir 16 is connected to a heating control device 42, and a microwave heating device 51 heating an extracting object sample 17 in the reservoir 16 by irradiating it with the microwave is connected to the heating control device 42. The heating control device 42 controls the output from the microwave heating device 51 so as to set the temperature in the reservoir 16 to a target temperature. A vacuum pump 102 is connected to a taking-out path 81 taking out a vaporizable component in the reservoir 16, to supply negative pressure from the vacuum pump 102 to the reservoir 16. A pressure sensor 133 detecting the pressure in the reservoir 16 is connected to a pressure control device 132, and a pressure control valve 131 controlling the flow rate in a taking-in path 112 is connected to the pressure control device 132. The pressure control device 132 controls a pressure control valve 131 so as to set the pressure in the reservoir 16 to a target pressure. |
