PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new diarylmethyl compound and related compounds useful for treating pulmonary disorders.SOLUTION: There are provided compounds represented by formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or solvate or stereoisomer thereof. The compounds have both of βadrenergic receptor agonist activity and muscarinic receptor antagonist activity. The compounds are useful for treating pulmonary disorders (for example, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma).
