Disclosed is a method for producing a lamp which has a transparent part (8; 108; 208) and a plastic housing (1) or a plastic base (101; 201). An integral bond or a positive connection between the plastic part (1; 101; 201) and the transparent part (8; 108; 208) is created at least at a connection point (23a, 23b, 26; 123a, 123b; 226) by fusing the plastic part (1; 101; 201) and optionally also the transparent part (8; 108; 208).
