The invention relates to an agent for treating keratinous fibers, particularly human hair, containing in a cosmetically acceptable carrier (a) at least one copolymer comprising at least one structural unit of the formula (I) and at least one structural unit of the formula (II), where R1 and R3 are independent of each other and stand for a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R2 stands for a dihydroxypropyl group (particularly for 2,3-dihydroxypropyl), which can be substituted by a glyceryl group or an oligoglyceryl group of 2 to 10 glyceryl units, R4 stands for a hydrogen atom or a (C1 to C4)-alkyl group and (b) at least one film-forming and/or solidifying polymer, and (c) at least one ester oil, suitable for the best for use for temporarily deforming hairs and simultaneously caring for hair.
