A computer-implemented method, system, apparatus, or media for managing voting data and/or tallying votes. Voting data management can include tabulation, tallying and printing of votes from a plurality of voters. The voters can be authenticated to vote through authentication based on biometric data or imaging data. The votes can be printed on a single tally from the device that authenticated the voter. A person can confirm the votes or signatures of the voters by signing or otherwise marking the tally. Also, votes for certain categories or candidates can be summed and confirmed or even written into designated areas on the tally. The confirmed tally or sums can be scanned using the scanner of the device that was used to authenticate the voters. The votes are indicated as confirmed when the confirming signature or sum(s) match or are otherwise verified. |
