The arrangement has a protective cover (18) i.e. roller blind or self-rigid cover, for shielding a solar radiation (14) that penetrates a translucent disk (12). The cover is movable relative to the disk from a protecting position to an opening position. A photovoltaic element (22) comprises a thin film solar cell or thick-film solar cell. The disk is made of plastic and/or glass and formed as a body shell of a roof e.g. sun or sliding lifting roof, or as back or side window of a motor vehicle (10).
