PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide one set of nucleotide sequences in anti-HIV infection and AIDS prevention and treatment, and the applications of the same.SOLUTION: The one set of nucleotide sequences in the anti-HIV infection and AIDS prevention and treatment, and the applications of the same are provided. An RNA sequence fragment has a high degree of homology with all of the HIV sequences, and by using a double stranded RNA sequence introduced from such the sequence fragment, it is possible to inhibit the expression of an HIV gene effectively, and also by using the sequence of RNA transcribed in cells, it is possible to inhibit the expression of the HIV gene. Further, after infecting the cells by a corresponding DNA adeno-associated virus having such the fragment, it is possible to inhibit the expression of the HIV gene by transcribing the corresponding double stranded RNA. |
