PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of effectively setting the moving range of an imaging device while being avoided from coming into contact with an optical member such as a shutter mechanism.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus 1 includes the imaging device 8 provided to be movable in an optical axis direction, moving means 11 and 11a, a butting means 17a, an energizing means 9 and a control means 18. The moving means moves the imaging device 8 in the optical axis direction. The butting means is provided at an end on the optical member 44 side of the moving range of the imaging device 8 in order to butt against the imaging device 8 to stop it at a butting position. The energizing means energizes the imaging device 8 to make it butt against the butting means. The control means controls the moving means to perform imaging at a standby position where the imaging device 8 is butted against the butting means or a position where the imaging device 8 is moved in an opposite direction to the optical member side from the standby position. |
