PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molding, in which the molding adhering to an upper mold are easily separated therefrom by introducing a small amount of liquid into the interface between the upper mold and the molding.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the molding includes: a step of placing a preform material on a lower mold; a step of forming an optical element 202, having a concave surface corresponding to the upper mold 101, by pressurizing the preform material with the upper mold 101; a step of taking out the upper mold 101 with the optical element 202 adhering thereto; a step of introducing the liquid 302 into at least a part of the interface between the upper mold 101 and the optical element 202; and a step of separating the upper mold 101 and the optical element 202. |
