PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel manufacturing method which can easily manufacture a panel by injecting a synthetic resin foamed material into a groove-shaped overhang part without using a bent nozzle, and can make quality in the overhang part constant.SOLUTION: When the synthetic resin foaming material is injected into the groove-shaped overhang part 13 formed at the end of a lower surface material 11, the synthetic resin foamed material is discharged from the nozzle 58 of a preliminary injection machine arranged above the lower surface material 11 conveyed toward the lower surface material, and before the discharged synthetic resin foamed material reaches the lower surface material 11, gas is jetted from a gas injection nozzle toward the synthetic resin foaming material from a position nearer to the center in the width direction of the lower surface material 11 than the nozzle 58 of the preliminary injection machine. The flow of a synthetic resin material before reaching the lower surface material 11 is changed in a direction toward the overhang part 13 by the jetted gas, and the synthetic resin foamed material is injected into the overhang part 13. |
