PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic exhibiting excellent sense of use, finish and sustainability, and especially exhibiting the finish having nonconventional adhering feeling.SOLUTION: The cosmetic includes (A) a vinyl polymer having a carbosiloxane dendrimer structure on the side chain, (B) a poly(N-acyl alkylene imine)-modified silicone and/or a sugar-modified silicone, (C) a polar oil and (D) a volatile solvent. |
