PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirrer capable of automatically cooking food by normally using a food cooking apparatus without requiring "warming-up" just after replacement.SOLUTION: The stirrer 2 has a coil spring 41 whose direction of extension/contraction is adjusted to the direction of extension of a connection shaft 4. A body engaging pin 421 is disposed in a shaft body 42 on the shaft end side of the connection shaft 4 across the coil spring 41 and a root engaging pin 431 is disposed in a shaft root part 43 on the stirrer body side of the connection shaft 4 across the coil spring 41 at the same position in the circumferential direction of the connection shaft 4. A pin inserting groove 131 extending only in the direction of extension is disposed in a rotation shaft 13, and a stopper 132 detachably engaged with the body engaging pin 421 inserted through the pin inserting groove 131 in the direction of extension of the rotation shaft 13 is disposed in the vicinity of the pin inserting groove 131. |
