PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput of a terminal to be connected while putting, in an allowable range, a ratio of terminals involuntarily interrupting communication without intention during communication, in a mobile communication system.SOLUTION: This radio base station of a mobile data communication system includes: a storage device for storing a correspondence relationship between a date and a radio parameter; a control device for setting the ratio parameter on the date stored in the storage device; and a device for controlling radiation of radio waves from an antenna causing inter-cell interference with a cell of another radio base station in accordance with the radio parameter set by the control device. The radio parameter is a tilt angle or transmission power of the antenna. |
