PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an olefin polymer, capable of stable continuous operation by reducing an amount of agglomerate formed upon gas-phase polymerization of an olefin.SOLUTION: The method for producing an olefin polymer is provided in which a gas-phase polymerization reactor vessel is used, and an olefin is polymerized by continuously supplying the olefin and oxygen to the gas-phase polymerization reactor vessel, in the presence of an olefin polymerization catalyst and under the condition that the bulk density (E) of the obtained olefin polymer satisfies the following formula (I) 0<E/E<1, wherein Eis a bulk density of the olefin polymer obtained when polymerizing the olefin without supplying oxygen. |
