PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling operability of an erecting same-size lens array plate.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an erecting same-size lens array plate 11 provided with a first lens array plate 24 in which a plurality of convex lenses 25 are provided on both surfaces, a second lens array plate 26 in which a plurality of convex lenses 25 are provided on both surfaces and which is disposed so as to face the first lens array plate 24, and a light-blocking member 27 disposed between the first lens array plate 24 and the second lens array plate 26 and adapted to block light not contributing to the image formation. The light-blocking member 27 is longer in the horizontal scan direction than the first array plate 24 and the second lens array plate 26.
