PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always allow schedule transmission and to prevent deterioration in transmission efficiency.SOLUTION: This communication terminal unit 100 performs the schedule transmission for performing transmission by setting transmission power of an uplink line by an instruction from a base station. An E-RGCH (Enhanced Relative Grant CHannel) demodulation part 104 demodulates and decodes a baseband signal to acquire Down or Hold. A transmission rate determination part 106 determines transmission rate by SG (Serving Grant) set according to Down or Hold, and when the schedule transmission is not performed one period before a HARQ process, disregards Down newly acquired by the E-RGCH demodulation part 104 to determine the transmission rate. |
