PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle collision discriminating device which prevents the deterioration of a collision discriminating performance by supplementing information lost until the start of communication.SOLUTION: An impact sensor section 10 outputs an impact data until a predetermined time elapses from the detection of an impact exceeding a predetermined threshold value after the impact exceeding the predetermined threshold value is detected. An ECU 20 inputs impact data of an impact applied from a built-in impact sensor 21 to a vehicle 30. Then, the ECU 20 complements the impact data of the impact sensor section 10 with the impact data of the built-in impact sensor 21 when the impact data of the impact sensor section 10 are input and discriminates the presence of an impact to a vehicle 30 using the data after complemented and the impact data of the built-in impact sensor 21. When the impact data is not input from the impact sensor section 10, the presence of an impact to the vehicle 30 is discriminated using the impact data of the built-in impact sensor 21. |
