摘要 Provided is a method for enhancing the bubble retention ability of a drink whereby the bubble retention ability is enhanced and thus bubbles in a drink solution having been formed by shaking the drink can be stably retained within the drink.  The aforesaid method can be embodied by preparing a drink with the use of fermented cellulose as one of the starting materials thereof, preferably by preparing a drink using fermented cellulose in the state of a complex with a high molecular material.
