PURPOSE: An uplink control information transmission method and an apparatus thereof are provided to transmit the reliable uplink control signal in case of bad channel condition by repeatedly transmitting the uplink control signal according to the cannel condition with the station. CONSTITUTION: The uplink control information is generated as many times as the number of uplink data transmission layers(10). A plurality of modulation symbols is generates by modulating the uplink control information. A plurality of first precoded symbols is generated by applying the precode matrix to the modulation symbols.
