<p>Disclosed is a testing device that tests a device under test (DUT), comprising: a power source that generates electrical power supplied to the DUT; a transmission channel that transmits the electrical power generated by the power source to the DUT; an intermediate capacitor provided between the transmission channel and the ground potential; a power current measuring unit that measures the current flowing through the transmission channel on the power source-side of the intermediate capacitor; a charge/discharge current measuring unit that measures the charge/discharge current of the intermediate capacitor; and a load current calculating unit that calculates the load current flowing to the DUT based on the sum of the current measured by the power current measuring unit and the current measured by the charge/discharge current measuring unit.</p> |
