PURPOSE: A method for preparing poly vinyl chloride-based resin is provided to improve transparency and low-high shear viscosity and to enable use for decoration flooring materials, synthetic leather, woven fabric group, sheet or film. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing poly vinyl chloride-based resin comprises a step for adding seed latexes with 40% solid portion and particle distribution of respectively 0.1 ~ 1.5 μm, 0.15 ~ 0.35 μm and 0.05 ~ 0.25 μm in the initial of a polymerization reaction using 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin, 1 ~ 35 parts by weight of seed latex, 0.3 ~ 1.5 parts by weight of emulsifier, and 0.001 ~ 2 parts by weight of polymerization initiator.
