PURPOSE: An electronic paper display device and method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent display fault and improve contrast ratio by uniformly placing electronic balls. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric layer(120) is placed on a first electrode. The dielectric layer includes a plurality of cells which are divided by round shape partition wall. A second electrode(140) is placed facing the dielectric layer. Electronic balls(150) are arranged inside of each cell.
