FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: lengthwise and cross fed tool processes blank forcefully rotating. Also, there is used a roller, installed in a holder by means of an axle; the roller is made in form of two disks with a spinning element between them; notably, one disk is mounted on an axle, while another is also mounted on the axle, performs controlled axial travels and can be fixed on it. Both disks can rotate conjointly. The spinning element is loaded with additional force in cross direction creating tightness. The spinning element is used in form of a cylinder spring bound in coil and fabricated out of metal band with flexible properties so, that coils of the spring adjoin each other without a gap; also axis of the roller is installed in the holder for free rotation, while the spinning element is positioned between the disks. ^ EFFECT: expanded process functionality, upgraded quality and raised efficiency. ^ 5 dwg |
