FIELD: physics, radio. ^ SUBSTANCE: coaxial cable coupler has section of a coaxial line connected to the coaxial cable. The centre conductor of the section of the coaxial line with a dielectric insulator is electrically connected to the inner conductor of the coaxial cable through an opening in the dielectric cladding, outer conductor, insulating layer and inner conductor of the coaxial cable, with possibility of fitting the centre conductor with a dielectric insulator of the section of the coaxial line into the opening in the inner conductor of the coaxial cable. There is a metal plate whose inner surface faces the dielectric cladding of the coaxial cable, having the shape and size which correspond to the shape and size of the dielectric cladding of the coaxial cable. The opening has diameter which is equal to the outer diametre of the dielectric insulator. The metal plate and outer conductor of the section of the coaxial line are connected to each other and have not ohmic contact with the outer conductor of the coaxial cable. ^ EFFECT: device increases reliability, longevity of stability of characteristics, intermodulation purity, accuracy of reproducing the required coupling coefficient, widens the coupling range, simplifies the design and assembling of the device owing to replacement of all resistive coupling with capacitance coupling. ^ 7 cl, 7 dwg, 1 tbl |
