PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless LAN system capable of miniaturizing repeaters to reduce an occupied space, and continuously transmitting and receiving information via the repeaters.SOLUTION: The wireless LAN system has: a plurality of repeaters 43, 45 which are installed in an area where wireless communication is possible with access points 14, 18 of networks 12, 16, wherein each repeater 43, 45 is provided with: each transmitting and receiving unit which transmits and receives information between the access points 14, 18 of the networks 12, 16; each power accumulation part 40, 42 which accumulates power for driving each repeater 43, 45; a remaining amount information detection part which detects remaining amount information of power accumulated in each power accumulation part 40, 42; and a remaining amount information notification unit which notifies the access point 14 of the remaining amount information via the transmitting and receiving unit, and the access point 14 is provided with a repeater switching part which switches the repeater 43 which relays the information and the repeater 45 which does not relay the information according to the remaining amount information notified from each repeater 43, 45. |
