FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: guide pin is made of a metal bar longitudinally angled 45 degrees, 150 mm long, 15 mm wide and 2 mm thick, notched on the periphery and having holes 2, 2.5 and 3.5 mm in diametre respectively at 10, 20 and 30 mm from a front end on the vertex of the angle. ^ EFFECT: higher clinical effectiveness in orthopaedic trauma patients with drilled pin or bur osteoperforation. |
