PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide to a customer with information corresponding to the customer.SOLUTION: A receiving part 14 receives customer identification information for identifying a customer using a client terminal 30 and store identification information for identifying a store selected by the customer. A DM (Direct Mail) creation part 15 obtains from a commodity information storage 13, commodity information which shows the commodity related to the commodity which the customer has purchased and shown by the purchase history information based on the purchase history information which is associated with the customer identification information received by the receiving part 14 and stored in a customer information storage 11. The DM creation part 15 obtains from a store information storage part 12, the store information about the store identified by the store identification information received by the receiving part 14. The DM creation part 15 creates a direct mail including the obtained commodity information and the store information. A transmission part 16 transmits a direct mail created by the DM creation part 15 to a client terminal 30. |
