PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the same retrieval service to a user even under such situations that an index is not operating in a document management system.SOLUTION: First retrieval using an index extracted from an attribute information file and second retrieval using the attribute information file extracted from a document are switched depending on conditions. Thus, it is possible to provide a retrieval service which is equivalent to the case when an index service is always operating. |
