PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development and an electrostatic charge image developer, excellent in low temperature fixability and heat resistant preservability; and to provide a toner cartridge, a process cartridge, an image forming method and an image forming apparatus, using the toner or the electrostatic charge image developer.SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development comprises: colored particles containing a binder resin and a colorant; and inorganic particles and crystalline resin particles externally added to the surfaces of the colored particles, wherein the melting temperature of the crystalline resin is 55°C or higher and 100°C or lower.
