PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt and nut fastening tool for fastening a plurality of bolts and nuts concurrently by uniform torque. SOLUTION: A wrench 4 is set to the hexagon head part 2a of a main spindle 2 to transmit rotation, in order of gear 3 - gear 12 - spring 14 - gear 9 - spring 10 - output spindle 7 - fastening socket 8, to temporarily fasten bolts and nuts in the range of the relatively small limit torque of the spring 14. Then the wrench 4 is set to the hexagon head part 5a of a spindle tube 5 to transmit rotation, in order of gear 6 - gear 16 - spindle 15 - gear 17 - gear 9 - spring 10 - output spindle 7 - fastening socket 8, to regularly fasten the bolts and nuts in the range of the relatively large limit torque of the spring 10. A rotation transmitting path has two systems of temporary and regular fastening, and the bolts and nuts, in the course of the regular fastening of the bolts and nuts by necessary torque, are temporarily fastened once by torque smaller than the necessary torque. Consequently fastening torque for plural bolts and nuts can be uniformed to avoid uneven fastening in the course to regular fastening.
