The sliding apparatus comprises a resilient pressing unit including: a first member with a wall surface; a sliding body installed so as to be movable along the wall surface; and an actuating surface having a portion oriented toward the wall surface, and disposed at an angle with respect to the wall surface, so as to resiliently press the sliding body disposed against the wall surface against the wall surface, such that the sliding body slides along the wall surface. |
