The device (2) has a distance piece for holding the device at a body (1) of a motor vehicle in an elastically-deformable manner by using spring elements (4), where the device is made from resistant rubber or anodized aluminum plate. A composite structure is provided with rubberized and scratch-proof coating that is made from plastic or metal. The distance piece is made from flexile material e.g. spring steel or elastomer.
