<p>Provided is a technology which contributes to avoiding the phenomenon where compressed air remains behind in a hammering tool. More specifically, provided is a hammering tool (100) comprising a hammering piston (123) having a hammering unit (125) for hammering a stop; a hammering cylinder (121); a battery (110); a motor (111); and compressed air generation means (130, 121, 123) which are driven by the motor (111), thereby generating compressed air due to volume changes in compression chambers (131a, 122). The aforementioned hammering tool (100) also comprises an atmosphere release path (153) which communicates the compression chamber to the atmosphere. The aforementioned atmosphere release path (153) is provided with an atmosphere release valve (151) which is capable of making changeovers between the opening mode and the closing mode of the atmosphere release path (153).</p> |
