<p>PURPOSE: An adaptability frequency interference evasion method is provided to adaptively restrain the occurrence of frequency interference by changing a duty cycle thereof into a duty region which enables the avoidance of interference. CONSTITUTION: Transmission data are created in minimized packet type, and the cycle corresponding to the size of the data is created and transmitted as a short duty cycle. The peripheral frequency environment is recognized. The active state corresponding to the recognized peripheral frequency environment and the duty cycle having the width of a sleep state are created. The packet type data having the amount of data corresponding to the active state of the created duty cycle are created, and the data communication is performed.</p> |
