PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core material which makes vapor-deposited aluminum hardly peeled off, and a sheet for heat insulation using the core material.SOLUTION: A lap robe 3 is constituted with the core material 10 as a center which is formed of a polyethylene terephthalate nonwoven fabric 12, an urethane resin anchor coat layer 14 formed on the surface at the inner surface side of the nonwoven fabric 12, a vapor-deposited aluminum layer 16 formed on the surface at the inner surface side of the anchor coat layer 14, and an urethane resin overcoat layer 18 formed on the surface at the inner surface side of the vapor-deposited aluminum layer 16. The vapor-deposited aluminum layer 16 is formed at the nonwoven fabric 12 through the anchor coat layer 14. As opposed to direct formation of the vapor-deposited aluminum layer 16 in the nonwoven fabric 12, the adhesive force of the vapor-deposited aluminum layer 16 to the nonwoven fabric 12 is improved. In other words, since the vapor-deposited aluminum layer 16 is made to withstand the peeling, the core material 10 and the lap robe 3 in which a heat insulation effect continues stably for a long time are formed. |
