PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that reliably records an image in consideration of a shutter time lag, as well as acquiring a best image while evaluating the condition of an object.SOLUTION: If a CPU 5 of a digital camera detects a full-press operation of a shutter button (step S2) during live view processing (step S1) in which a solid-state imaging element 13 captures images continuously, the CPU 5 starts accumulation of frame image data at the timing or when a half-press operation is detected (step S6). Then, on the basis of evaluation for the object based on face detection, eye detection, and blink detection and a time lag correction value for reduced luminance image data from the accumulated frame image data, and a specific frame image data is selected from among a plurality of the accumulated frame image data (step S9). |
