PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for reducing a vibration application force of a floor, which reduces a vibration application force acting on a support structure from the side of a vibration reducing floor, and accommodates even a response of the vibration reducing floor into a practical range without increasing a load to the support structure.SOLUTION: The vibration reducing floor 12 is supported on the support structure 10 with a vibration application force absorbing member 11 interposed therebetween, and a rotational inertia mass damper 13 which imparts an additional mass to the vibration reducing floor by being rotated by the displacement of the vertical direction of the vibration reducing floor 12, is arranged between the vibration reducing floor 12 and the support structure 10. When the additional mass generated by the rotational inertia mass damper 13 is set as ΔM, and the total mass of the vibration reducing floor 12 supported by the vibration application force absorbing member 11 is set as M, ΔM/(M+ΔM) is set in a range from 0.3 to 0.7. |
