PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition for a coating of an automobile interior material, the composition excellent in contamination resistance and easily handled.SOLUTION: The curable resin composition for a coating material comprises a silicone-modified vinyl polymer (A) having a polysiloxane group, a hydrolyzable silyl group and a hydroxy group, and a polyisocyanate compound (B), characterized in that: the silicone-modified vinyl polymer (A) is obtained by copolymerizing monomers containing vinyl compounds (c) containing a hydroxy group by 10 to 40 wt.% with respect to the entire monomers; and the polymer (A) has a glass transition temperature of 30 to 70°C. |
