PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature quick thawing machine with oxygen-free humidified wind pressure for thawing treatment of frozen food materials, etc., and achieving freshness at completion of freezing treatment.SOLUTION: The low-temperature quick thawing machine with oxygen-free humidified wind pressure diffuses a low-temperature oxygen-free liquefied gas in a treating chamber 1 and simultaneously converting the liquefied gas to a low-temperature oxygen-free humidified gas by a humidifier 18, and diffuses the low-temperature oxygen-free humidified gas in the treating chamber under pressure directly or via a diffusion pipe against a treating object with a pressurizing blower 22 to perform quick fresh thawing of the treating object with the pressurized wind force in a low-temperature oxygen-free gas in the treating chamber. The thawing machine dispenses with a high-power ultrasonic generator and cooler, and a freezer refrigerator containing a quick-thawing chamber can be produced by placing the humidified wind pressure quick thawing chamber in a part of the freezer refrigerator to enable fresh humid wind pressure thawing by transferring a necessary material from a freezer to a thawing chamber at need. |
