Prosthetic device for creating a vascular bypass from an arterial vessel, in particular from the aorta, which can have substantial collateral branches, characterized in that the device includes one or more prosthetic tubes of which one of the ends is joined to a flexible fixing collar with an outer face and an inner face which is configured to be applied to the outer wall of the arterial vessel. The collar has one or more orifices arranged in a central or orifice zone, and which communicate with the prosthetic tube or tubes. The collar has a connection zone arranged around the orifice zone at a distance from the edge of the orifice or orifices, and which is configured to be fixed to the outer wall of an arterial vessel. The inner face of this connection zone having at least one feature for creating an annular sealing zone around the orifice zone.
