METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYURETHANE ELASTIC YARN HAVING EXCELLENT HEAT RESISTANCE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A method is provided to produce the polyurethane fiber having the excellent mechanical property, the elastic restoring property, and the high heat resistance with a melt-spinning method. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane elastic fiber having the excellent heat resistance is produced by: obtaining a pre-polymer whose end is the isocyanate by reacting the 1mol diol compound of direct chain and high molecular weight having the 1,000-3,000g/mol molecular amount of weight average and 2mol aliphatic or aromatic diisocyanate compound; melt-spinning by adding and mixing the pre-polymer in a process for melt-spinning the obtained polyurethane polymer of high molecular weight; and thermally processing at 80°C at 24hours.
