PURPOSE: A device is provided to improve the work efficiency and to save fuel by preventing powder of a venting device from scattering outside after closing a vent hole shortly after supply to a tank lorry is completed in a silo. CONSTITUTION: A flange(21) for fixing a main body(20) in a silo is formed on the upper part of the main body, and a flexible pipe(14) is fixed on the lower face of one side. An inner corn(15) is installed in the center inside the flexible pipe keeping a regular interval and can be mutually folded since plural inner corns are combined. Herein, a venturi(16) fixed on the lower part of the main body is combined on the upper part, and a vent port(17) is fixed for discharging powder on the lower end. In addition, a dust discharge hole(18) is installed between the venturi and the flexible pipe to accumulate the absorbed dust by connecting the end to an outer dust accumulator.
