The invention relates to a hub (10) for railbound vehicles comprising a fastening attachment (12) that can be mounted on an axle and a fastening ring (13) having a number of fastening bores (14) distributed over the fastening ring (13) for fastening a brake disk (11) by using fastening arms (17) which correspond with the fastening bores (14) and which are in each case provided with an axial opening (19) to be connected to the hub (10). In said hub, between the fastening bores (14) on the fastening ring (13) there is arranged at least one axially oriented engagement element (18), which can dip into an interspace between two fastening arms of the brake disk, wherein the interspace is formed by missing out at least one fastening arm with respect to a base structure of the fastening arm with respect to an arrangement angle, and/or which can dip into a groove present on at least one fastening arm.
