FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed system represents parallelepiped or cube formed by parallel vortex tubes integrated into sections. Every tube consists of cylindrical case, tangential nozzle to feed compressed natural gas, diaphragms with central bore arranged on the side of nozzle, and throttling valve on tube opposite end. Tangential nozzle of each vortex tube is communicated via connection pipeline with main gas pipeline. Cold ends of each vortex tube is communicated via connection manifold with gas pipeline that combines cold flows of gas and directs them into separator to extract liquid fractions of ethane, propane-butane and condensate. Hot ends of each vortex tube is communicated via connection manifold with gas pipeline that combines cold flows of gas and directs them, first into heat exchanger for cooling, and, then, into separator to extract liquid fractions of ethane, propane-butane and condensate. ^ EFFECT: extraction of liquid fractions from large volumes of natural gas. ^ 2 dwg |
